New Delhi, the   4^th  September, 2015

S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Patparganj, Gazipur Village, Delhi to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:-

(i)  the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot,  Patparganj, Gazipur Village,  Delhi;

(ii)  the Additional/Joint Commissioner of  Customs (Preventive), New Delhi,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Sunrise Enterprises, Plot No.506, Sector-29, Part-II Industrial Area, HUDA, Panipat (Haryana) and others issued vide, DRI F.No.DZU/34/Enq-27/2014/2409, dated the 11^th May, 2015 read with corrigendum issued vide DRI F.No.DZU/34/Enq-27/2014/3719 to 3731, dated the 14^th July, 2015 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
