New Delhi, the   4th  September, 2015

S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Airport and Administration), Custom House, 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:-

           

(i)   the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Airport  and  Administration), Custom House, 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata;

(ii)  the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port), Custom House, 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata,

 

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s  Vesuvius India Ltd, P-104, Taratolla Road, Kolkata issued vide, F.No.DRI/KZU/CF/ENQ-15(INT-08)/2015/1436, dated the  27/30th June, 2015 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Kolkata Zonal Unit, Kolkata.
