S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri, Mumbai to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-    
           
(i)  the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of  Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri, Mumbai;
         (ii)the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of  Customs  (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri, Mumbai,
 
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to   M/s Mahendra Brothers Exports Pvt. Ltd., CE 7011, 7^th Floor, Tower C, Central Wing, Bharat Diamond Bourse, BandraKurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai-400051 vide,  Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/AZU/GI-2/ENQ-30(INT-5/13)/2014, dated the23^rd December, 2014 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence,  Ahmedabad  Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad-380007.
