S.O. 1462(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.63/1994-CUSTOMS (NT) dated the 21^st November, 1994, published vide number S.O.830(E), dated the 21^st November, 1994, namely:-
In the said notification,-
(i)         in the opening paragraph, in the fourth proviso, for the words “Balat, Kalaichar, and Srinagar”, the words “Balat, Kalaichar, Srinagar and Kamalasagar” shall be substituted;       
(ii)         in the Table, against serial number 2 relating to the land frontier of Bangladesh, in columns (3) and (4), after the existing entries relating to (55), the following entries shall be inserted, namely:-
