Sub : Regarding registration of new dealers engaged in the Works Contracts and Right to Use
Presently, all the files/folders of newly registered dealers engaged in the Works Contracts and Right to Use are being transferred to the Special Zone from the Centralized Registration Cell (CRC) after granting registration.
2. Now, it has been decided that the files/folders of all the newly registered dealers who are engaged in the Works Contracts and Right to Use should be sent directly to the concerned Ward instead of Special Zone from the CRC.
3. This issues with the approval of Commissioner (VAT).
