NOTIFICATION NO. 07/ 2015-Customs (N.T.)
 

New Delhi, the 8^th January, 2015

 
S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Kandla to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-              
  
(i)  the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Kandla;
(ii) the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Mundra, 
 
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s  Jain Plywood House, Near Glass Factory, Tonk Road, Jaipur and others  issued, vide  F.No.DRI/CZU/VIC/26/ENQ-03(INT-NIL)/2014, dated the 27^th October, 2014 by the  Additional  Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Hyderabad.
