New Delhi, the 8^th January, 2015

 
S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-I, Mumbai Zone-II, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Uran, Raigad-400707   to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
              
(i)     the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-I, Mumbai Zone-II, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Uran, Raigad-400707;
(ii)    the Additional Commissioner Customs, in the   Office of Principal Commissioner of  Customs (III)-(Air Cargo Complex-Import), Mumbai Zone-III, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400099,
 
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s  Dynalog Micro Systems, G Wing, 3^rd Floor, Wooden Boxes Manufacturers Industrial Estate, Kailash Vaibhav Complex, Park Site, Vikhroli-Hiranandani Link Road, Vikhroli (W), Mumbai-400079 and M/s MAP Enterprises, 303, 3^rd Floor, Solitare, Hiranandani Garden, Powai, Mumbai-400076 and others,  issued vide F.No. DRI/MZU/F/Int-64/2014, dated  the 17^th November, 2014 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
