NOTIFICATION NO.03/2015-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the  8^th  January, 2015

 
S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Tughlakabad (Import), Inland Container Depot , Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
              
(i)         the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Tughlakabad (Import), ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi ;   
(ii)         the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Nhava Sheva-I), Mumbai  Zone-II  JNCH, Nhava Sheva;         
(iii)        the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs, Office of Principal Commissioner of Customs (III)- (Air Cargo Complex-Import),Mumbai, Zone-III, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai;
(iv)        the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs,  office of Principal  Commissioner of Customs (VII), Air Cargo Complex, Integrated Air Export Complex, Chennai;
(v)        the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs, office of Principal Commissioner of Customs, Airport and Air Cargo Complex, Bengaluru International Airport Limited, Bengaluru,
 
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice  pertaining to M/s    Italian Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., 601, NDM-1 Netaji Subash Palace, Pitampura, New Delhi and others issued vide F.No. DRI/MZU/F/ENO (INT) 61/2014, dated the 11^th November, 2014 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
