S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Group 3  and  4), Seaport-Import, Custom House, No. 60, RajajiSalai, Chennai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
 
(i)   the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Group 3  and  4), Seaport-Import, Custom House, No. 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai ;
(ii)  the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore Inland Container Depot, Whitefield, Bangalore-560066,
 
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s Jinendra Marketing #275/8, New Timber yard layout  NearN.A.K.Kalyana Mantapa, Mysore Road, Bangalore-560026  issued vide DRI F.No. S/IV/59/2013, dated  the 17^th June,2014 and M/s  Junaid Interior Design #1/25, 9^th Main, Yarab Nagar, Banashankari 2^nd Stage, Bangalore-560070  issued vide DRI F.No. S/IV/61/2013, dated the 17^th June, 2014 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Bangalore.
