New Delhi, the 25^th April, 2014

S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Hyderabad-II Commissionerate, 7th Floor, Kendriya Shulk Bhavan, L.B.Stadium Road, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
              
(i)           the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Hyderabad-II Commissionerate, 7th Floor, Kendriya Shulk Bhavan, L.B.Sadium Road, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad ;
(ii)          the Additional  Commissioner of Customs (Import-Sea), Custom House, 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai,           
 
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s Jasmine Biotechnologies, having its office at 1-39/A, Beside Dholari Dhani, Kompally,  Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh  issued vide,  F.No.VIII/26/13/2010-DRI-HRU,  dated the 31^st October, 2013  by the  Additional  Director, Directorate  of Revenue Intelligence,  Hyderabad Regional Unit, Hyderabad.
