S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Assistant Commissioner of Customs, in the office of Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), New Custom House, Near I.G.I.Airport, New Delhi-110037 to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) the Assistant Commissioner of Customs in the office of Commissioner of Customs(Import & General), New Custom House, Near I.G.I. Airport, New Delhi-110037;
(ii) the Assistant Commissioner of Customs Air Cargo Complex, Devenahalli, Bangalore-560300,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Hyundai Rotem Company, B-36, 1st and 2nd floor, Lajpatnagar-II, New Delhi-110024 issued vide, DRI F.No.718(ii)21/Seiz/PRU/2013-2014/454 dated the 5th June, 2013 by the Assistant Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Patna.
