Notification No. 19/ 2014-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the  07^th March, 2014

 
S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the  Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Custom House, 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai-600001 to act as the Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
 
(i)      The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs, (Import and General), New Custom House, Near I.G.I. Airport, New Delhi;
(ii)      The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import) House, 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai-600001;
(iii)    The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Balaji  Temple, Kandla-370210;
(iv)     The Additional/Joint Commissioner of  Customs, (Import  and General), New Custom  House, Near I.G.I. Airport, New Delhi-110037;
(v)     The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Devenhalli, Bangalore-560300; and
(vi)     The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Admn. and Airport), Custom House, 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001,
 
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s  Faiveley Transport Rail Technologies India Limited, Harita, Hosur, Dist-Dharmapuri, Tamilnadu-635109   issued vide,  DRI F.No.718(ii)18/Seiz/PRU/13-14  dated the 01^st  June, 2013  by the Assistant   Director, Directorate  of Revenue Intelligence,  Regional Unit, Patna and DRI F.No.718(ii)18/Seiz/PRU/13-14 dated the 06^th  June, 2013 by the Assistant Director, Directorate  of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit Lucknow.
