S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, ICD, G.T.Road, Sahnewal, Ludhiana to act as the Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, ICD, G.T.Road, Sahnewal, Ludhiana;
(ii) the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot (ICD), Tughlakabad, New Delhi; and
(iii) the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Post Uran, District, Raigad Maharashtra,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Komal Enterprises, RZ-3, Pole No.46, Raghu Nagar, Dabri, New Delhi-45 and others issued vide, .DRI F.No.856(18)LDH/2010/1938-1957 dated the 29th November, 2011 by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi
