S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the  Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs , ICD,  Tughlakabad, New Delhi  to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
 
(i)    The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, ICD,  Tughlakabad, New Delhi;
(ii)   The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo-Import and General) New
        Custom House, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi-110037;
(iii)  The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar,
        Andhri (East), Mumbai;           and
(vi)   The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Admn. and Airport),  15/1,  Strand
        Road, Kolkata-700001,
 
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s   Patil Rail Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., No.205 & 206, Amarchand Sharma Complex, S.P. Road, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh-500003. issued vide, DRI F.No.718(ii)16/Seiz/PRU/2013-14/474 to 477  dated the  6^th June, 2013  by the Additional  Director, Directorate  of Revenue Intelligence,  Zonal Unit, Lucknow.
