Vishal Singh

Vishal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds Bachelors degree in Commerce from Delhi University. He has previously worked with S.R. Batliboi and Co. (member firm of Ernst and Young Global), Price Waterhouse and B S R and Co. LLP (member firm of KPMG Global). He has extensive experience of over 15 years in Assurance and Advisory Business Services, servicing Listed Indian and multinational clients in various industries. He has worked under various GAAPs (including USGAAP, IFRS, IndAS, etc.). He has imparted training under various GAAPs at local and international level. His core competencies are in assurance, due diligence reviews, business advisory, Ind AS implementation, IFCFR, IFRS and process reviews. He attended various training and management development programs in India and overseas. His client experience includes audits of Power, Infrastructure, Cement, Retail, Banking and financial services, FMCG, Automobiles sectors etc. He is supervising the Auditing and Accounting technical function of the firm.
