C M Khandelwal

CM Khandelwal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds bachelor's degree in Commerce and in Law from Rajasthan University. He has previously worked with IOCL as GM finance. He is Engagement Partner on most of the Large PSU clients of the firm. He possesses extensive experience of over 37 years in execution finalization of mega long term projects and capitalization of cross country pipelines, refinery projects, financial concurrence and feasibility analysis of investments in turnkey projects and conventional mode for construction of pipeline, refinery mega projects. His core competencies includes establishing accounting and internal audit manuals of undertakings/corporations, effective liaising with Insurance, Banking and other government departments.
